HOSPICE WORK
In 2018, the shareholder family of senata founded the MWS-Hospiz-Stiftung, a trust to support the public healthcare system, in particular the hospice- and palliative system. The trust’s aim is to build a hospice for the districts of Erding and Freising. The hospice will enable its residents to spend their last weeks in a pleasant atmosphere, in which they are accompanied on their path in a loving and intimate way. The hospice welcomed its first guests on February 1, 2022.

The hospice group Freising is supported by the shareholder family, as well as senata GmbH through donations and gratuitous work.
SENATA-FOUNDATION
The stockholding family established the senata foundation, based in Freising, in August 2025. The foundation's goal is to promote education and training, including student assistance, particularly in the areas of democracy and economics. It contributes to strengthening the democratic system and supports civil engagement for charitable purposes. In addition, the foundation is dedicated to helping people in need.
FIRST AID - FUND
People living in the district of Freising, who do not receive support in acute distress, are supported by the First Aid-Fund, created by the stockholding family. Intermediaries are the local catholic and evangelical church. The aim of the fund is to help people in need un-bureaucratically, flexibly and most importantly quickly.

SPORTING COMMITMENT
SSV JAHN REGENSBURG
senata also wants to promote sports. To that end, it finances building projects of the football team SSV Jahn Regensburg. In 2015 senata sponsored an artificial grass pitch and financially supported the replica of the legendary Jahn Tower in 2020. Dr. Werner Folger is also a member of the supervisory board of the SSV Jahn Regensburg on a voluntary basis.
REIT- UND FAHRVEREIN SCHWABMÜNCHEN
senata group supports the youth quadrathlon team of the Schwabmünchen Riding and Driving Club with uniform team clothing. Consisting of cross-country running, freestyle swimming, dressage, and show jumping, the quadrathlon requires versatile sporting talent from its athletes. The quadrathlon team is known for its active and very successful youth programs. In 2025, the selection team won the national quadrathlon and the title of "German Champion."
